Performed 100 hour inspection on airframe. Complied with AD 2011-10-09 seat rail inspection. Replaced both seat rails on co-pilots side P/N MCOS11243-6 & MCOS11243-4. Complied with AD 2008-26-10, static port inspection. Inspected ELT I.A.W. FAR 91-207D, batteries expire 2-25. Replaced inst. air filter sock ARB-3-5-1. Service/charge aircraft battery. Replaced oil cooler, Harrison P/N 8526250. Replaced alternator belt P/N ending LYC-376. Re-install McCauley prop torqued to 540 in-lbs & safety. Repaired carb air box; replaced upper side rectangular skin 2024 T-3 .040. AN470 rivets, Cherry Max #4 & #5. Installed air box & rig carb heat. Ref: AC 43.13 1B 2B chapter 4 section 4. Replaced 5 engine cowl rubber mounts @ firewall P/N J.7444.S2. Work performed I.A.W. Cessna 172 100 hour/inspection checklist, 172 maint. man / E.P.C.
