See AD report dated this date for complete list. lubed all hinges, pulleys, bell cranks, control cables, ect. With LPS 2. R&R garter filter P/N ARB3-5-1. Greased all wheel bearings with Aeroshell #5 grease. Serviced brake cylinder with Mil-h-5606. Work done in reference to Cessna 172 MM, IPC, and FAR 43 app d. I certify that this air frame was inspected in reference to Cessna 172M 100 hour/ANNUAL inspection checklist and was found to be in an airworthy condition and is approved for return to service at this time.
