ENGINE LOG ENTRY:
1. Installed Overhauled engine P/N O-320-E2D S/N RL-34390-27A. (Overhauled by C & G Aircraft Maintenance).
2. Added 8 quarts of 100 Straight Mineral Oil. Replaced oil filter Champion P/N CH48110-1. Open oil filter, no metal particles found.
3. Accomplished cylinder compression Test: No.1 (78/80), No.2 (78/80), No.3 (78/80), No.4 (78/80).
4. Replaced all Spark Plugs with new P/N REM38E.
5. Replaced (4) Engine Mounts with new P/N J9613-40.
6. Replaced (4) engine mount bolts with new (2) P/N AN7-34A and (2) P/N AN7-44R.
7. Replaced (3) primer line nipple assy with new P/N LYC-63D21408.
8. Replaced RH Magneto with new P/N 4370 S/N 16020891.
9. Replaced Starter with new P/N 149-NL S/N H-R071668.
10. Replaced oil drain valve with new P/N P5000.
11. Replaced Alternator bracket with new P/N LYC-07A21443.
12. Replaced baffle support assy with new P/N 2455019-1.
13. Verified AD 2017-16-11 is not applicable to this engine as it does not fall within the parameters of Lycoming Service Bulletin #632B, Tables 1&2. As determined by inspection of this engines maintenance records.
14. Ran engine, checked for leaks and verified its performance.
All maintenance performed on this engine was conducted in reference with Lycoming Operator's Manual Model O-320 Series as revised, and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
