1. Drained oil. Added 8 quarts of Aeroshell W100 Plus oil. Replaced oil filter Tempest P/N AA48110-2. Open oil filter, no metal particles found.
2. Accomplished cylinder compression Test: No.1 (72/80), No.2 (78/80), No.3 (78/80), No.4 (764/80).
3. Replaced all spark plugs with new P/N REM40E.
4. Replaced cylinder #1, #2, #4 push rod seals with new P/N LW18661.
5. Replaced cylinder #4 with new P/N 05K21237-A.
6. Replaced valve cover gasket on Cylinder 1, 2, 3, & 4 with new P/N LYC-67193.
7. Replaced heat shroud with overhauled P/N 1750011-4 (overhauled by Aerotar) see W/O 1328-2.
8. Replaced (4) intake gasket with new P/N 71973-30.
9. Replaced (4) rocker box cover gasket with new P/N 75906.
10. Replaced oil hose on cylinder 1, 2, 3, & 4 with new P/N LYC-STD1196.
11. Replaced (8) half clamp on cylinders 1, 2, 3, & 4 with new P/N 1555014-2.
12. Replaced cylinder #3 push rod shroud with new P/N SL12272.
13. AD 2017-16-11 is not applicable to this engine as it does not fall within the parameters of Lycoming Service Bulletin #632B, Tables 1&2. As determined by inspection of this engines maintenance records.
5. Ran engine, checked for leaks and verified its performance.
I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with FAR 43 App. 100HR/Annual inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. All maintenance performed on this Engine was conducted in reference with Lycoming Operator's Manual Model O-320 Series, and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
