1. Drained oil, Added 8 quarts of Phillips 66 Victory 100AW-50 oil. Replaced oil filter Tempest P/N AA48110-2. Open oil filter, no metal particles found.
2. Accomplished cylinder compression Test: No.1 (73/80), No.2 (74/80), No.3 (76/80), No.4 (74/80).
3. Replaced muffler shroud with overhaul P/N 0554001-9. (Overhauled by Aerotar. See W/O 1137).
4. Replaced Muffler 15 Tailpip with repair P/N 1754001-25. (Repaired by Planexhaust Corp. see W/O 24409).
5. Replaced all (8) Spark plugs with new P/N REM40E.
6. Ran engine, checked for leaks and verified its performance.
I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with FAR 43 App. 100HR inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. All maintenance performed on this Engine was conducted in accordance with Lycoming Operator's Manual Model O-320 Series, and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
