1. Re-installed GMA340 audio panel P/N 011-11401-10 S/N 96274804 out of N89869 back into N226JA than was borrowed due to company convenience on 11/15/12. Operational check of audio panel was good.
All maintenance performed on this Aircraft was conducted in accordance with Cessna 172 Service Manuals and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
