Performed 100hr inspection on AIRFRAME. CW AD 2011-10-09, seat rail AD. No defects found, next due TT: 1527.7. CW AD 2008-26-10 static port AD. No defects found, next due TT: 1527.7. Inspected and lubed control surfaces, hinges, and cable systems. Topped off brake master cylinders with MIL-H-5606. Greased nose strut with Aeroshell 5 grease. R&R garter filter pn: ARB3-5-1. Serviced both mains and nose wheel bearings and adjusted tire pressures to spec. R&R all (4) brake linings pn: 066-10500. Tightened throttle lock base nut. Secured right window trim using adhesive. Resecured right door jamb panel. Resecured ELT cover. Replaced both (2) cabin air vent assembly tubes pn: CW-172001. Stop drilled and epoxied cracks on left wing upper strut fairing, forward dorsal fin cover, upper rudder cap, beacon housing assembly and left wingtip. Removed and replaced rear dorsal fin cover with part number 053192-2-791 using (8) 8x8 screws (8) AS43 blind rivets and (4) AS62 blind rivets. Cleaned and silicone rear and rear side windows. R&R glareshield with serviceable unit. Replaced panel light knob. Removed propeller pn: 1C160/DTM7557"M1" sn: ACK44533A and replaced with pn: 1C160/DTM7557 sn: EJ037. Treated and repainted various corroded areas. Adjusted and tightened fuel control assembly. AWD IAW to Cessna 172M MM and IPC. I certify that this AIRFRAME has been inspected IAW Cessna 172M 100hr inspection checklist and has been found to be in an AIRWORTHY condition. Approved for return to service.
