Performed 100 hour inspection on air frame. Complied with AD 2011-10-09, seat rail inspection, no defects found. Next due at TT 1473.2. Complied with AD 2008-26-10, static port inspection, no obstructions found. Next due at TT 1473.2. Replaced EGT probe with new P/N-C668501-0206, and replaced EGT gauge with serviceable gauge. Lubed all hinges, pulleys, bell cranks, control cables, ect. With LPS 2. R&R garter filter P/N-ARB3-5-1. Replaced induction air filter p/n-P10-6150. Greased all wheel bearings with Aeroshell #5 grease. Serviced brake cylinder with Mil-h-5606. Work done in reference to Cessna 172 MM, IPC, and FAR 43 app d. I certify that this air frame was inspected in reference to Cessna 172M 100 hour checklist and was found to be in an airworthy condition and is approved for return to service.
