Performed ANNUAL inspection on AIRCRAFT. AD's are current and complied with, refer to AD list dated this date. CW ELT inspection IAW FAR 91.207(d), op check good at this time. ELT inspection next due Feb. 2022. ELT batteries expire December 2022. Inspected and lubed control surfaces, hinges, and cable systems. Topped off brake master cylinders with MIL-H-5606. Greased nose strut with Aeroshell 5 grease. R&R garter filter pn:ARB3-5-1. Replaced (2) cam lock receptacles with pn:J7444-42. Removed and replaced rudder cable pulley pn: S378-3. Reupholstered sun visors IAW AC43.13. Fabricated broken bracket in pilot door holding armrest IAW AC43.13. Removed corrosion in various parts of aircraft IAW AC43.13. Replaced cotter pin in co-pilot door upper hinge with 1/32 cotter pin. Replaced (2) rivits securing cam lock receptacle on induction filter. Serviced both mains and nose wheel. AWD IAW to Cessna 172M MM and IPC. I certify that this AIRCRAFT has been inspected IAW Cessna 172 MM ANNUAL inspection checklist and has been found to be in an AIRWORTHY condition.
