1. FAR 91.207 Inspected ELT I.A.W appendix (d). Battery due on Dec/2022.
2. Checked for AD's up to revision 2018-25.
3. C/W AD 2008-26-10 by visual inspection Next due @ 4082.8.
4. C/W AD 2011-10-09 by inspection, Next due @ 4082.8 or annual inspection whichever comes first.
5. Replaced Gascolator O-Rings with new P/N MS29513-111 & P/N MS29513-138.
6. Replaced Vacuum Foam Filter with new P/N B3-5-1.
7. Replaced battery with new P/N G-25 S/N G02971652.
I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with FAR 43 App. D 100HR/Annual Inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. All maintenance performed on this aircraft was conducted in reference with Cessna Service Manual 172 Series as revised, and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
