8. Replaced left hand tire with rethreaded P/N 6.00-6 S/N B3E42716. (Rethreaded by Aviation Tires & Treads LLC) see W/O 99750.
9. Replaced (2) left hand door spring with new P/N 0417016-1, P/N 0417016-2.
10. Replaced left hand step with new P/N 0513395-1.
11. Replaced (2) oil cooler hoses with new (1) P/N 111417-6S0230, (1) P/N 111417-6S0280.
12. Replaced left hand lower cowl mount with new P/N J7444-42.
13. Removed and repaired the following primer lines with overhauled P/N 1700121-94, 1700121-100, and 1700121-101. (Overhauled by Aerotar see W/O 1334-1 thru 1334-3).
14. Replaced left hand flap rod end with new P/N S1106-3.
15. Replaced left hand staring activator rod end (clevis nut) with new P/N 0543023.
I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with FAR 43 App. D 100HR/Annual Inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. All maintenance performed on this Aircraft was conducted in reference with Cessna Service Manual 172 Series and the current regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and is approved for return to service with respect to the work performed.
