Performed 100hr inspection on AIRFRAME. CW AD 2011-10-09, seat track inspection. No defects found, next due TT: 241.3. CW AD 2008-26-10, static port inspection. No defects found at this time, next due TT: 241.3. CW ELT inspection IAW FAR 91.207(d). ELT battery expires 02/2025. Lubricated control and pulley hinges with Tri Flow lubricant. Serviced and charged battery. Removed and replaced right hand side lower cowl mount with pn: J7444-42. Removed and replaced both left wing inboard flap brackets with new pn: 0523231-5. Removed and replaced both left brake linings with pn: 66-105. Work done in reference to Cessna 172 MM, IPC and AC 43.13-1B. I certify that this AIRFRAME was inspected in reference to Cessna 172 100 hour inspection checklist and has been found to be in an airworthy condition. Aircraft is approved for RTS at this time.
